1:1:1 Mix

Ant’s special loam blend

1 part screened topsoil, 1 part fenland loam, 1 part green soil improver and mushroom compost. A perfect mix for growing vegetables and also good for new beds and borders. Sold by the cubic metre.

Organic mushroom compost

Organic, peat-free nourishing mulch. Will leave the soil well replenished. But be aware that mushroom compost can be too concentrated for very young or acid-loving plants.

Green soil improver

A peat-free compost made from 100% organic matter. It will help retain water and improve soil biology with increased microbial activity. Certified by the Association for Organics Recycling (formerly the Composting Association) www.organics-recycling.org.uk
